The social media searches are dependent on the privacy settings of the person being searched. If the profile is completely public, Momus will find the profile and scrape it to bring in the likes. If the profile is private, Momus will not be able to find it.

We recommend running your own social media searches outside of Momus as well. There are certain settings that block companies such as Momus from finding a profile but do not block other people from finding the profile. If you do find it on your own, you may copy and paste the link to that profile in the Juror Management social media section.
