Marcela Navarro has spent the past 8 years working with clients in the marketing and technology space. As the Director of Customer Success for Momus Analytics, she provides clients with strategic guidance on the technology and helps clients derive maximum value in preparation for jury selection. Before Momus Analytics, Marcela worked in Customer Success at Percolate where she contributed to building a success methodology that resulted in helping clients achieve their strategic goals and driving additional revenue for their customers. Prior to Percolate, she worked across various advertising agencies focused on developing social and digital strategies. Marcela graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs from Florida State University, and also has a Master’s in Corporate Communication from IE Business School.
